I have found that many companies are working on the wrong end of the problem. After spending inordinate sums of money on corporate training, several organizations have found that their employees revert back to their traditional ways in a short period of time. The reason is that we have spent our entire lives becoming who we are and the training must be focused on the primary cause of issues usually governed by tension, fear and anxiety.
If these underlying issues are not addressed first, adding a new learning experience will be difficult to take hold. It's like building a home on a foundation of sand. Also, when training is a chore and not fun, it will not be internally processed in a lasting way.
Doubt it? I'd be happy to come to your facility for a "gratis" meeting (no obligation obviously) and work with your team to explore a different type of experience.
Call my cell and look forward to our confidential discussion.
